Q1 2025 Product Roundup: Build Lists With Signal Filters, Contact Line Filters, and More.
Hard to believe that the first quarter of 2025 is almost already at its end. Time flies when you're having fun, right?
Thankfully, this year has been off to a flying start for us, and we've got plenty of new product updates to share with you. Let's get into it!
List Building Based on Events/Signals
Two of our most powerful functionalities are list building and triggers—so why not combine the two?
You can now create lists based on recent changes that companies have gone through, such as whether they've had a new key person appointment!
Company Contact Lines Filters
This new feature allows you to check how many companies in your target list (or in the entire Vainu database) have a switchboard phone number or general email!
Custom and Slack Integration Available
Don't use HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Pipedrive, but still want to get up to date company and contact data into your CRM? Our Custom Integration feature can help you out!
The Custom Integration feature enables users to connect Vainu to a CRM that is not supported by one of our Connectors.
With the custom integration, users can mass export data and also choose objects that will be send (e.g. only companies, or contacts/tasks as well).
The Slack integration allows users to get triggers and companies (through our single company export) into Slack. All you have to do is configure a Slack account and a channel and you're all good to go!
Usage-Based Pricing Feature: Disabling Export When Hitting Quota
From now on, no more surprises with regard to having exceeded your quota for our usage-based pricing users!
If you hit your credit quota, exporting (downloading and/or sending new companies to the CRM) and matching or updating any new companies will all be disabled until you increase your quota.
All existing companies in the CRM will keep updating.
Teleoperator Data is Now Available in Sweden 🇸🇪
As the title suggests, we've now expanded the scope of our company data to include teleoperator data! This means that you can determine which teleoperator a target company is using as well as filter companies based on whether they are using a teleoperator.
Teleoperator data is shown on the Overview tab (as can be seen below).
More Releases Are Incoming
That was a lot, but we've got plenty of more product updates in the pipeline, so if you want to make sure you don't miss any of our new releases, make sure to sign up for our newsletter 👇
Until next time, take care of yourself!
